Online Counselling/ Coaching services

Do you feel like you’re always at odds with your family (your parents, spouse, children) ?

Have you lost sight of who you are and what you do best?

Are you feeling disconnected with life’s monotonous pace?

I understand you.

You want to opt out but you’re also bound to people whom you have a responsibility for. You are frustrated because the relationships you care most about don’t seem to be giving you back the way you want them to.

Sometimes you get up and move on, sometimes you vent it out on your family or someone else, and other times you shut your mind for ever, feeling hopeless about yourself, others and even God .

Yes I understand you. Because I have been in that place too- of self-doubt, stress and despondency.

And I’m here to help.

My coaching/ counselling sessions are aimed at guiding young individuals to form helpful habits, have healthier relationships and work on personal goals from a place of peace and joy.

How can I help you

There are three ways you can benefit from taking my coaching/ counselling sessions

Voice and vent– Most often what we need is someone who can listen to all that we have buried in our heart without feeling judged. You can feel free to do that in the space I give you. My sessions are also 100% confidential.

Discover yourself– I will ask you powerful solution- oriented questions that will help us reflect on your situation and context. Together we will figure out ways to help you connect with your strengths and do away with limiting beliefs.

Focus on the future– I will help you shift perspective from what’s blocking your growth to looking at the future in a more confident manner. We will end by identifying tangible solutions to what you’re trying to achieve in your personal life.

How does this work?

It all starts with enrolling for the preferred coaching service here

Once your form is submitted, I will get back to you on your registered number within 24 hrs to confirm.

Our first introduction call will be an opportunity for you to understand how these sessions work and set expectations. This is also an opportunity for you to share your problem and resolve any concerns you have regarding the process.

FAQs

How does online and telephone counselling work?

Online or phone counselling allows you to be somewhere you feel comfortable, saves the hassle of commuting and allows for more flexibility when scheduling your sessions.

I provide online counselling using Zoom, Google Meet and WhatsApp which are secure video conferencing platforms. You can access these sessions from anywhere in the world as long as you won’t be overheard and have a strong Internet connection.

If we are working by phone, I will call you at our agreed session time.

How much do do you charge?

I offer a free 20 minute introductory call where you can find out if the way I work is right for you and ask any questions. If you decide that you would like to work with me, I will then email you my Counselling Welcome Pack to read and sign. You can then book a full therapy session with me.

Therapy sessions are 10 BHD (26.5 USD/ 2000 Rs) each and are for 60 minutes, usually weekly. I accept payment by bank transfer or Benefit Pay (in Bahrain) in advance of each session.

How many sessions will I need?

The counselling/coaching process proceeds largely at your pace. It also depends on the matter that is troubling you. Typically I suggest a minimum of 6 sessions because it is crucial to establish trust in the Client- Therapist relationship. If you don‘t feel safe talking to me about deeply personal matters, the work can‘t happen. If the trust isn‘t there, I can‘t challenge your deeply-held assumptions and expect you to consider the usefulness of what‘s being suggested.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel a session, please give me a minimum of 24 hours notice . If you cancel with less notice I will try to offer another session in the same week, but if that is not possible then the full fee will be payable.

How do I make an appointment?

You can contact me to arrange an introductory call or session here. I aim to reply to all enquiries by email within 48 hours. Please check your junk/spam folder if you haven’t heard from me by then.

What are your working hours?

I offer sessions Sunday-Thursday 8.30am-5.00 pm (Bahrain time). Please get in touch to find out which sessions are currently available.

Is counselling confidential?

What we talk about in your counselling sessions is confidential, apart from a few exceptions which I will discuss in our first meeting.

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone’s situation is different – I would suggest starting with 6 sessions then we’ll review how you’re feeling.

If you have any other questions or are ready to take the next step, contact me now.
